Tracking says shipped but nothing?

Hello,
I made a big order worth close to 500$. The tracking says it was delivered at 14:48 yesterday. Thing is, there's nothing anywhere! It was late, around 22:30 when I looked at the tracking and saw that it was supposedly delivered and looked for it. What do you do when that happens? There was nobody home at 14:48.

Oh, and any idea for creatine instant powder? I'm restarting my workouts, and just noticed that you sell creatine and taurine, which I use, and am gonna need very soon. But the creatine monohydrate instant powder, which I would prefer over the 200 mesh, isn't available right now. Does instant powder absorb better or is it just for better solubility in water for when you drink it?

Still having issues with the instant. The synthesis pathway for that uses some precursors that stopped being made. So it is impossible to get a lab to make it for us unless they can talk a precursor lab into making it, or synthesize it themselves. Its only advantage is that it can dissolve in smaller amounts of water. The bioavailability is the same. Our normal 200 mesh is a good option, though. It just will have a harder time dissolving in water.
The alpha-GPC softgels were getting brittle can cracking, which is why we went out of stock on those. The alpha-GPC in them is so hygroscopic that it is actually pulling the water out of the softgel material. We have been trying to reformulate for about 6 months, and doing stability testing, but we are not there yet. Putting hygroscopic things into softgels is a big challenge, actually.
