I had a recent order couple of months of prami, Oxi, Phenylpiracetam & Noopept seized by customs and i got a letter already.
Had you managed to sort a Reshipper in EU.
It's not just about the lost money, but also i didn't find good quality alternative in EU; I've tried another known 3 vendors in EU, neither are reliable in terms of quality.

We are in the process of actually getting some movement on possible distribution from inside the EU. I had a call yesterday with some partners of ours that are working on synthesis projects for us in the EU, and they are excited to partner with us on NootropicsDepot.EU as well! They already have facilities and warehousing there. So we don't have to recreate everything from scratch during travel restrictions. It's still the early stages, but it is finally some movement in the right direction toward the eventual fulfillment of ND products from inside the EU!
As far as re-shippers are concerned, the Netherlands is the ideal country.
France is good, too.

I am going to speak to our partners we are working with on the larger project, and see if they might be able to setup a forwarder for us in the meantime. That could be a good stopgap till we actually open a warehouse there.
