Tracking says shipped but nothing?

Hello,
I made a big order worth close to 500$. The tracking says it was delivered at 14:48 yesterday. Thing is, there's nothing anywhere! It was late, around 22:30 when I looked at the tracking and saw that it was supposedly delivered and looked for it. What do you do when that happens? There was nobody home at 14:48.

So that package left our facility Wednesday July 1st at 4:23pm AZ time. It shows delivered on Thursday July 9th at 2:48pm local time. If you use the DHL Ecommerce tracking page, that gives you the local tracking number for the final delivery.

I don't want to link your exact tracking for privacy purposes, but put your tracking number in there and it will give you the local tracking number. Canada Post has been having delays because of COVID, so this particular package was delivered by T Force. It shows delivered to "FRONT DOOR" on the T Force tracking at 2:48pm. Could someone have stolen it from your front door? If you click on the tracking on the Ecommerce page, it takes you to the T Force tracking page.

Once you are there, you can put in an inquiry about the package with them. Those are the guys that actually delivered it to your door. There is a drop down for missing package there, and they have you put your phone number to contact you. They will have all the info about the delivery. See what they say and let me know.
