Tracking says shipped but nothing?

Hello,
I made a big order worth close to 500$. The tracking says it was delivered at 14:48 yesterday. Thing is, there's nothing anywhere! It was late, around 22:30 when I looked at the tracking and saw that it was supposedly delivered and looked for it. What do you do when that happens? There was nobody home at 14:48.

Okay, so I just got home and asked my neighbours, and they all say they haven't seen anything. As I said in another comment, I did contact T force and they sent me a proof of delivery, which consisted of a picture of a package left in front of the front door of the appartment building, outside in plain view, barely 2 meters away from the walkway. So either someone passing by took it (which probably is the case), or one of my neighbours stole it and is lying.Yesterday I asked for help regarding this via e-mail, Kristen answered me today. I sent her all this information and the photo of the proof of delivery. It seems clear I am never seeing this package. I really hope you can get back at t-force for this and send me another order, with a requirement to sign at delivery, or via post canada so that if I'm home they will keep it for me to pick up. The only thing I'll run out of within the next 10 days is the magnesium, and I can buy some here, it's just more expensive and in liquid form, which I find impractical. And even for the rest, a few days without is no problem, I'll be almost due for a break when I run out anyway.

Okay, so we are reshipping to you via DHL Express. My team should be getting it out today for you. If you use the below link, you should be able to organize the delivery based on what works for you.

DHL Express is handled by DHL the whole way. So it is a lot more flexible than the DHL Ecommerce, which we can't control as much. DHL Express is also much faster. So that should be good for you. We will see what DHL Ecommerce can do as far as the stolen package. I think we only get $100 insurance on them, but it is better than nothing.
