Tracking says shipped but nothing?

Hello,
I made a big order worth close to 500$. The tracking says it was delivered at 14:48 yesterday. Thing is, there's nothing anywhere! It was late, around 22:30 when I looked at the tracking and saw that it was supposedly delivered and looked for it. What do you do when that happens? There was nobody home at 14:48.

I know about the capsules, but I was wondering if there's any benefit in bioavailability.
Some people prefer softgels to capsules, which is why we had both.
That surprises me actually. Looking at ND's product line, everything in softgels is available in softgels only for bioavailability or stability reasons, like CoqSol, fish oil or Smart PS, while everything else is available in powder or capsules only. Are softgels planned for other products too which are available in capsules already?
Chewables sound dope btw! It's awesome that ND is continually advancing, first tablets, then enteric coated tablets, now chewables. Have you ever considered doing a b-complex not just with the active forms, but as a sublingual solution or lozenge?

Not really. Most of the softgels we are working on are only going to be in softgels. The issue is cost and production capacity. Softgel making is a lot harder than encapsulation, and the minimum runs are a lot higher. It's actually more likely that we will bring out a capsule powdered fish/algal oil alongside our softgels. Capsules and tablets are just easier to work with most of the time.

Yes! Sublingual tablets are in the works, too. It's early on in the development, but we will be releasing sublingual tablets/lozenges at some point.
