NMN Supplements | The Top 5 Nicotinamide Mononucleotide Benefits

Over the last few decades, we have made major strides in our understanding of health care, and this has resulted in us living increasingly longer lives. However, we have come to realize that quality of life is more important than the actual length of our lives, which is why there has been a lot of current research looking into how we age and how we can promote a healthy aging process. Sleep support (yes, I've tested and the zinc doesn't bother me), gotu kola, magnesium glycinate. Sometimes melatonin. My sleep/energy balance is better than it's ever been (adjustment periods trialing things like NMN aside) but there's always room to improve.

The sleep support seems to have really positive effects during the next day - lower heartrate, calming type things; I assume it's the bacopa. I actually vary up the dosage a bit (2 capsules a night sometimes, 1 other times) because 2 every night can make me too lethargic during the day after several days.

Very cool! So it just sounds like adjusting the caffeine down should get you right where you want to be. I never thought NMN would be this potent.
