Sleep support (yes, I've tested and the zinc doesn't bother me), gotu kola, magnesium glycinate. Sometimes melatonin. My sleep/energy balance is better than it's ever been (adjustment periods trialing things like NMN aside) but there's always room to improve.
The sleep support seems to have really positive effects during the next day - lower heartrate, calming type things; I assume it's the bacopa. I actually vary up the dosage a bit (2 capsules a night sometimes, 1 other times) because 2 every night can make me too lethargic during the day after several days.

Very cool! So it just sounds like adjusting the caffeine down should get you right where you want to be. I never thought NMN would be this potent.
