This is a problem I'm trying to work through with quite a few supplements, which is that it feels like things stay in my system too long. Even if I take them at 7 AM sharp, I'm still affected overnight.
I want to see if I can figure out a way to make NMN work, because if it's giving this much stimulation maybe it's giving real health benefits as well. "More energy during the day AND sleep better at night" is the holy grail.

Perhaps you are a slow metabolizer to things. You might just naturally have lower levels of enzymes that break down some supplements. Have you ever done 23andMe genetic testing?
