NMN Supplements | The Top 5 Nicotinamide Mononucleotide Benefits

Over the last few decades, we have made major strides in our understanding of health care, and this has resulted in us living increasingly longer lives. However, we have come to realize that quality of life is more important than the actual length of our lives, which is why there has been a lot of current research looking into how we age and how we can promote a healthy aging process. This research has found a lot of interesting pathways by which we age. For example, as we age we become more sensitive to the effects of oxidation and inflammation, which can result in a host of problems throughout our bodies and brains. Yeah, caffeine @ 7 AM dosed from your trusty well-shaken little solution bottles. Stims seem to last all day and into the night, if not multiple days for me. Still, without NMN, 100mg was absolutely fine and I could add in Cordyceps/Bromantane and probably still be OK. With NMN I'm trialing the 60-80mg range of caffeine and nothing else..

Back when I was on Semax, NA-Semax-Amidate would wear off the second night after taking it. Adamax would wear off the third night...... the first and second, I would go to sleep with my mind turned on full blast and wake up that way, too. I had to stop using it for that reason; I never really got good sleep.

Trying to boost my daytime energy without interfering with sleep is a complicated game of tradeoffs.

Definitely. Do you take anything at night? I take our lemon balm every night before bed.

Despite all the great evidence around it, why is l-carnosine so little discussed here?
