You think doing that, even a half dosage, could wreck some people’s tolerance toward things like kava or phenibut, or would that not be in the plausible realm? Not just asking about lemon balm, but I guess the sleep stack in general as it does have other ingredients that could be impacting similar systems as well.

I don't think so. I have taken a 500mg lemon balm tablet every night before bed for months now. Last night I made some kava tea with rooibos and passed out on the couch. LOL. So at least for me it did not affect my tolerance to kava.
Are you noticing a tolerance to kava? The thing in Sleep Support that I could see affecting kava is the magnolia bark.
