MYASD, taking pills on empty stomach doesn’t matter right?

If I need to take some sort of "intestinal mover", would 45 mins after supplements be enough time for veggie caps to dissolve AND absorb into the stomach? I don't want to be inadvertently binding up supplements into fiber and just pooping all the nutrients out.

Depends on the veggie cap and substance. Our normal veggie caps dissolve super quickly in the stomach. We are testing out some coated capsules that stay intact till the intestines, but none of our products have those yet.
Whether or not a substance dissolves quickly in the stomach is all about solubility at low pH. Your stomach is full of acid. Different things dissolve at different rats at differing pH levels. So if you are concerned about fast dissolving in the stomach, you want to look for things that are really soluble at low pH levels. The intestines then get more neutral in pH. This is how tianeptine sulfate worked. It was insoluble at low pH, but soluble at neutral pH. So it would not absorb in the stomach like tianeptine sodium, and would have to slowly pass through the intestines to then dissolve and absorb.
