No, that's a myth that fat-soluble things need to be taken with fat to absorb. Coluracetam is also soluble in water, albeit sparingly, and its LogP is less than 5. So it can absorb perfectly fine. The only time that come

Depends on the veggie cap and substance. Our normal veggie caps dissolve super quickly in the stomach. We are testing out some coated capsules that stay intact till the intestines, but none of our products have those yet

Sulbutiamine has a LogP of less than 5. It's not super water soluble, but it is moderately so. The main issue with sulbutiamine is P-glycoprotein. So similar to curcumin.

Yes, it rapidly and completely absorbs. Take some pramiracetam and put it in water. See what happens. It's actually MORE water soluble than it is fat soluble. It has both water-soluble and fat-soluble functional groups o

That depends on their molecular weight and solubility. If they have a LogP over 5 and a molecular weight over 500 Daltons, then yes. If they have some strange property where they form insoluble crystals in the presence o

Nope, too risky. I have some other cool shit in the works, though! A natural extract with similar affinities!

I meant P-glycoprotein substrate. Sulbutiamine is rapidly and completely absorbed in the GI tract, though. It's affinities toward P-glycoprotein don't seem to affect its GI absorption. However, it could affects it's clea

Tianeptine is very useful, when used properly. It just seemed to be that everyone decided to stop using it properly after a while. It's a shame, as it is very useful for many people.
Okay, so I am finally getting around to make a post about the results of some of the lab testing we have been doing. I've had the results for a bit, but I've been holding off on officially releasing them because frankly
Replying to MisterPaulAna · they should have a seperate research chemical company for laboratory and scientific development use only :)
The United States government tried to put me in prison for 20 years. They raided our facility with over 50 armed federal agents from 6 federal agencies. They held my team at gunpoint and tore apart our offices. They seiz

After our recent release of Cyanidin 3-Glucoside, some concern was raised by Redditors regarding possible mycotoxin levels in it. I think some people in the industry have overhyped the risk of mycotoxin contamination, as
