Hi! I’m on a diet that stipulates I avoid foods/supplements below a certain pH due to acid reflux.
I’m interested in the pH of your 1:1 and 8:1 Lion’s Mane powders.
Would you mind sharing? Thanks!
Edit: Oh also NAC powder! Would be helpful to know that pH as well.

Hiya, any advice on my previous reply? No problem if not, was just waiting to see if you were going to respond before I placed my order.

I can't really give medical advice. What you are experiencing is complex, and your neurologists would be the best people to diagnose you. It sounds like HPPD, but that's obviously only based off what you have told me.

If I was personally experiencing similar things, I would look to nootropics that regulate GABA and glutamate. L-theanine, palmitoylethanolamide, emoxypine, ashwagandha, agmatine, gotu kola, etc.
