What is the pH of your Lion’s Mane powders?

Hi! I’m on a diet that stipulates I avoid foods/supplements below a certain pH due to acid reflux.
I’m interested in the pH of your 1:1 and 8:1 Lion’s Mane powders.
Would you mind sharing? Thanks!
Edit: Oh also NAC powder! Would be helpful to know that pH as well.

pH is a specific measure of how basic or acidic a water solution is. Powders don't have a pH, and pH is a poor measure because the concentration of water affects it. You are looking for pKa or pKb. pKa is the acid dissociation constant and pKb is the base dissociation constant. Even then, whether or not something causes acid reflux is a lot more complex than just the pKa.
Lion's mane actually has a gastroprotective effect. So no worries there.

NAC might as well. More info is needed, but it at least doesn't seem to cause it.
