All phenibut in the world is synthesized in China. Even the "Russian" stuff is made on contract by a Chinese lab. They are vertically integrated for it, and nobody else can compete. The real reason China kills everyone on things is not their labor rates, but how vertically integrated their supply chain is. There are very few places in the world where you can get literally every component you need for something in a 100 mile radius. China has many of those places.
