Do nootropics expire? (Phenylpiracetam, caffeine/theanine, and piracetam)

Hey, I bought the follows nootropics about a year ago from nootropics depot, however there is no expiration date on any of the products. Does anyone think they would still be fine after a year exactly?

The last 6 digits of the lot number on the bottles are when they were produced. Those compounds are all very stable, and should be potent for many years past that date when stored properly.
