This is really interesting, I've always been intrigued by the whole 'which place has the better phenibut' debate.
Do you know if and by how much the purity level has an affect? Is a batch with a purity level of 99.9% going to be any superior than a batch with a purity level of 99.3%?

You are not going to notice differences in subjective effects with a .6% difference in purity. Phenibut is a fickle compound. It's one of the most fickle compounds I know of. Tolerance builds fast, and the pH of the stomach affects absorption. Also, eating around the time of dosing really messes with things a lot. This leads to a perfect situation for people to think potency is different. An empty stomach with a lower pH is going to lead to faster and stronger effects than one that just had a meal and higher pH. Add in the erratic nature of Phenibut tolerance to the mix, and you can see how some people can get wildly different subjective effects between batches/doses.
