Lion's Mane effects and brain fog (Nammex)

What exactly does Nootropic Depot's most recent Lion's Mane formula do for you guys? I was under the impression that it takes several weeks to take effect but I have noticed a few things. I get this brain fog/dissociation feeling but it's kind of clear headed at the same time. Maybe the dose is too large?

If you could hear the amount of yelling I've done in the office the past 5 months, it's insane. I've asked the bank for updates more times than I can count now. I still don't have a straight answer.

I don't want to give you an estimate, then have it fall through. We are working on it, though. I am pressing them every day.
