Lion's Mane effects and brain fog (Nammex)

What exactly does Nootropic Depot's most recent Lion's Mane formula do for you guys? I was under the impression that it takes several weeks to take effect but I have noticed a few things. I get this brain fog/dissociation feeling but it's kind of clear headed at the same time. Maybe the dose is too large?

Hey so I just bought 60g of the extract off nootropics depot. I've found alot of conflicting info on instructions of how to take it (morn/night, dosage, sublingual/capsules, etc) so I thought I'd ask you.
So your recommended dosage is 1g daily, before sleep? Does method (sublingual, capsules, toss and wash, etc ) matter? ANything to avoid taking it along with? Should it be refrigerated? Thanks!

You can store it in normal storage conditions away from light and heat. You don't need to refrigerate it.
I would personally start at 1g dosed before bed. I just mix it into water/almond milk. I find almond milk is a good thing to mix any mushroom extracts. It helps make them more palatable, and masks the texture a bit. If you notice 1g is too much, just drop it down to 500mg. Some people have had to do that.
We also have it in 500mg capsules, if you prefer taking it that way. That's more convenient, since you don't have to weigh out your dose every day.
