Having taken Bacopa for a while, I am interested to see that many people experience drowsiness and loss of motivation...although it is recommended in the FAQ how likely is it that it is impacting my motivation?

If Bacopa decreases dopamine levels by time , Does it mean that Bacopa counteracts the effects of Modafinil which is supposed to increase dopamine ?
I take Modafinil 100 mg in the morning and I'm struggling with which time I should take Bacopa whether in the morning or Bedtime ?

No, it does not counteract Modafinil. Bacopa can lower dopamine production over time, not release or binding.
