Having taken Bacopa for a while, I am interested to see that many people experience drowsiness and loss of motivation...although it is recommended in the FAQ how likely is it that it is impacting my motivation?
I have been taking the Swanson stuff as recommended in the FAQ: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017OAI8C/ref=s9_hps_bw_g121_i4
Thanks

Would bacopa be a good supplement for someone recovering from benzo/phenibut daily use, after they have completely ceased use? I've heard it has a positive effect on GABA receptors.

Potentially, yes. Bacopa increases GABA, and up-regulates GABA receptors in the hippocampus.
