New Products at Nootropics Depot

Whenever I get the Nootropics Depot newsletter I get all giddy, and my wallet runs in fear.

First off is a new Bacopa extract called Synapsa. Does anybody here have experience with both Synapsa AND Bacognize? I like Bacopa, but ultimately discontinued after 5 months due to lethargy and brain fog. Hoping someone can corroborate what I've read: that Synapsa is a bit more stimulating.

Second question is directed primarily at u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, but I think others will wonder the same. Cordyceps 10:1 extract from Nammex was also released today, with 20% beta glucans and 0.3% cordycepin by HPLC. Upon checking the original Cordyceps page, I see that it, too has 0.3% cordycepin, but 30% beta glucans. It would appear that the original is more potent-- is this true?

All input on both questions welcome.

I find Bacopa just doesn't receive the praise it had before on this sub. The stuff works without a doubt, it's just a damn shame it lowers dopamine production.

I'll be giving the Synapsa a try regardless. I recall you mentioning you'll be putting out a modified Bacopa that has a diminished fatigue aspect and I'm not sure if this it it?

Anyways, the patented powder/capsule section on Nootropics Depot is by far my favorite thing about you as a vendor and I hope there will be more soon. Any heads up on what we can expect in the next few months?

This is the first one, yes. We are also deciding if we are going to do our own improved extract of bacopa at some point. That would be a little further off, though.

Glad you like it! We have some really cool new ones coming out, but I can't really say ahead of time. Sometimes things fall through, or take longer. Also, my team hates it when I say too much before things are ready. So I promised them I would try to stop. Haha

The results from our latest round of testing are in. We all had a pretty good idea that the Bacognize would fair well, as Nootropics Depot's tests showed. However, we now have 3rd party results confirming it. * Lead- .0

Since there is a lot of concern over the heavy metal content in different Bacopa brands, I thought that I would write Himalaya and ask for the COA for their Brahmi (Bacopa) product. I sent them an email asking for it, an
