(I’m newer to reddit, I apologize if this isn’t the right place to post this.)

I’m a particularly mentally ill human, I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar 1, depression, and PTSD. As I’ve collected these labels from various doctors and facilities, I’ve had the opportunity to try many different medications; adderall, lithium, zyprexa, klonopin, seroquel, propranolol, and vistaril.

Because of the amount of debt I’ve incurred in the process of trying to get better, I’ve turned to natural and over the counter medication to treat myself.

Last week I began taking 50mg of Zembrin (25mg twice daily) and it’s been the most effective thing I’ve tried so far. Like even better than all the pharmaceuticals I’ve been given. It’s given me absolutely no side effects, it works quickly, and it’s readily available without any appointments.

I’m starting to actually have the energy and will to do things that I previously lost interest in because of my mental health. I went hiking TWICE since I began taking it! Cleaning, cooking, and getting ready for the day don’t seem like huge tasks anymore!

Granted I’ve only been taking it for a short while, and it might not be a permanent fix — I’ve still f…

Yeah I had a rough experience with the rocky powder, stickyish powder. It sucked. However I will say that I had a good time using some of the Zembrin powder I got from you guys sublingually. It went well with fasoracetam, and a premade energy capsule with caffeine, forskolin, alpha gpc, huperzine. I was very focused and energetic for most of the day.

We are trying to bring our own kanna out that is similar to Zembrin. So hopefully we can get a replacement for a more reasonable price.

Bromantane and NSI-189 interactions?

Replying to Debonaire_Death · So bromantane is anticholinergic? And ALCAR, Alpha GPC, these things will not help? I thought you took cholinergic supplements with noots because nearly *all* nootropics are somew

I think you are confusing anticholinergic with choline uptake enhancement. Anticholinergic is when a substance blocks the effects of choline. Racetams enhance the uptake of choline into neurons, which means you are using

Have you tried supplementing vitamin D and B-12 in the morning? Then you can also pair it with low dose melatonin just before bed. That might get your circadian rhythm back in sync.

Thermal stability if Rhodiola and Ginseng Extracts

You are not going to reach anywhere near the thermal decomposition temps of those products in a mailbox for a few days. At 35*C, it would take 20 days to reduce salidroside by 10% in a solution with a pH of 6. Salidrosid
