Do you have any idea when MK-677 will be in stock? I know purity is an issue from the previous posts, but i was wondering if you found a distributor that you might work with. If you have any info or update, that would be helpful.

In reading the synthesis, your impurity could be the isobutyric acid that they use in the amidation step. Are you getting MK-677 before or after the mesylation step? i.e did you get the mesylate salt, or the pre-meslyated compound?

We get it as the mesylate salt. Isobutyric acid could be it as well. I'd need some different equipment to really say for sure.
