I'm just wondering what the benefits of super vitamin B12 are. Does anyone know how it is administered and how much of it should be consumed? Also, would this be beneficial to an average 18 year old?

B12 is used for wakefulness, energy, and mood. It increases in the AM with vitamin D, and can be considered the opposite to what happens with melatonin at night. It is crucial to maintaining proper circadian rhythm, and actually modulates how well your body releases melatonin later that night. Low B12 levels are associated with mood and sleep disorders, and your B12 levels naturally get lower as you age. So old people need to supplement it more often. Our Super B12 has both methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin. So it gives a balanced effect to the methyl donation cycle.
As an 18 year old, you might benefit from it. You would need a blood test to know what your B12 levels currently are. Many young people are deficient, though. So it could certainly help.
