Coinpayments not usually used as a wallet. It's more for vendors to accept cryptocurrency. I am not sure anywhere will allow you to buy within 20min, unless you already have an approved account. Coinbase will, but you need to be verified first.

Don't use Coingate to buy the BTC. Just use it to pay us. I would use Coinbase to buy the BTC, then transfer it to an intermediate wallet like Blockchain.info, then pay us with that.

I have. I usually used 50mg sublingually; sometimes 100mg. It seems to shine when combined with other compounds like Semax. It's subtle on its own.
