got scammed by Ceretropic card processor

Card processor took about 4 tries before the it finally went through wasting about a half hour of my time. And then my order never showed up in their system yet money was taken out of my account. That's what you get for using a sketchy off shore processor.. And that cover up about how their competitors were calling the card processors is obviously a blatant lie.
Terrible website... Good products

That sketchy offshore processor has prevented us from going out of business. I would have shut Ceretropic down by now without it. Yes, is is far from ideal. Yes, the integration sucks, and it causes a lot of issues for us and for our customers. Yes, I would love to be using something better. I'd hand someone a $10,000 stack of cash right now if they could get us on a better one. I have offered that to others, and even got us up and running on a new one for 2 days. Then they shut us down, and are still holding our money 7 months later. Over $33,000 in products shipped to customers those two days. The bank straight up did not even batch over $10,000 of it, and is holding the rest. Did I even ask those customers that did not get charged to pay again? No, I let the $10,000 slide because it is not their fault. I've tried to do everything in my power to handle this situation the best I can, and to not let it affect our customers too much. The reality of the situation is that I am at the mercy of the banks and card processing system. We've lost more money than I care to even think about now. Nobody is more affected by this than me, and nobody wants it fixed more than I do.
So I am sorry that you got frustrated by the system, but do not make things up and lie. Do not say that you were scammed. Had you written us, we would have fixed the issue for you; like we have countless others. Technical glitches happen, and we rectify them. You can choose to believe the truth about how all this started or not. I frankly don't care anymore. Who started this, and how it started, is irrelevant to the current situation that we have to deal with. We will always help our customers out. However, they need to write us before we are aware there is an issue.
