Card processor took about 4 tries before the it finally went through wasting about a half hour of my time. And then my order never showed up in their system yet money was taken out of my account. That's what you get for using a sketchy off shore processor.. And that cover up about how their competitors were calling the card processors is obviously a blatant lie.
Terrible website... Good products

I for one have never had a problem with the shady Chinese bank besides not being able to pronounce the name on the statement.
Out of curiosity, were the fraudulent purchases done in person with a cloned card or online? It's becoming too easy for people to both steal and use stolen cards. If the purchases were done with a cloned card, and they bother you(the bank has to pay for fraud charges, so a lot of people don't even care), you can always try feeling for a skimmer on the terminal. I've heard some interesting stories about people accidently tearing them off.

My personal card fraud cases? It was a mix of my card being cloned to another physical card to be used for small purchases in other states, and larger purchases online with card-not-present transactions. Some of the physical transactions were in California, Georgia, Tennessee, etc. The online purchases were much larger, for things like plane tickets. I get an email every time a transaction is made on my card, though. So I catch everything almost instantly. Capital One always takes care of it immediately for me, and often calls me proactively if they see something suspicious. So it's not a massive deal. It's just having to get a new card all the time is annoying. I just noticed it getting a lot more frequent in the past year. It's happened to my girlfriend multiple times, and to my operations manager as well.
