Hydroxynorketamine

I like bupropion's effects on me as a nicotinic antagonist. The extra norepinephrine gets me going but I could feel the initial brain fog and confusion starting out with its supposed nicotinic antagonism. Not sure if this encompasses the alpha-7-nicotinic receptor but this is over my head at this point. Any racetams you know that are known for anti-depression? I kinda have the numb/atypical kind.

Hydroxynorketamine is actually a negative allosteric modulator of the alpha-7 receptor, not an antagonist. So that is why it does not affect memory as much.
Coluracetam is one that boosts mood, and can help alleviate some depressive symptoms. It even showed promise for major depressive disorder in its phase 2 trials. The effects build over time, too. I personally use 20mg sublingually.
