Those two racetams are the only ones that are rarely discussed on this sub reddit. I would really like some info about them, along with a reason as to why those two racetams are not so used by people ?

Coluracetam is interesting because it's a choline uptake enhancer. I get depressive symptoms when I supplement too many choline precursors. However, when I take coluracetam, I get mood uplift. The mechanism is very interesting.
Nefiracetam is very cool because it is a positive allosteric modulator from the glycine site of the NMDAR. That is the same site of action as GLYX-13. However, one of it's metabolites has been proven to be damaging to the kidneys, and there have been observed testicular toxicity in dogs. I've taken nefiracetam as well, and I really like the effects. However, I did get noticeable kidney pain when I took it. I was hoping that it was just in my head, but it comes back every time I dose it for more than a couple days. I need to spend some more time on this substance. I just have kind of put it on the back burner.
