Long Term Neuroprotective Supplements?

Hi. New here.
I've seen a lot of posts about short-term cognitive enhancement. But is there anything that you can take to reduce brain deterioration / generate growth as you get older? Basically, to keep the rapid growth in your teens and early twenties going as long as possible?

There is some really cool stuff now that may be doing just that. I took my first dose of SR9009 today. That is a Rev-ErbA agonist, which reverses mitochondrial damage, and even creates new mitochondria in cells. It has been shown to synchronize circadian rhythms, increase exercise capacity, boost metabolic activity, and mimic the effects of exercise on muscles.
Then you have things like MK677, which increase growth hormone, and bring IGF-1 levels back to what they were in you youth, as well as increasing insulin sensitivity. You can go with CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin for similar effects, but from peptides.
You also have new healing peptides, like TB500 and BPC157. Those show tremendous promise for repairing soft tissue, and even reconnecting ligaments/tendons to bone.
There are also things that modulate BDNF, CNTF, and GDNF. That can signal your brain to repair and generate neuronal connections. That is where things like Semax, Cerebrolysin, Noopept, etc. come into play.
There are a ton of others that I am not mentioning now as well. So there are certainly compounds that are making headway with slowing or reversing age-related decline in the body and brain.
EDIT: I meant that we as humans have some cool things now, not us personally. I mean I do have them, because they are interesting new compounds. I did not intend to give off an advertising vibe. I am just very excited about the compounds themselves.
