Started taking KSM66, waking up every day at 6 AM regardless of when I go to bed.

I've been taking it for 2 weeks and it's best supplement for stress I've ever taken, along with powdered magnesium. But it doesn't matter if I go to bed at 10 PM or 1 AM, I still get up within 5 minutes of 6 AM every single day. Previously I would get up anywhere between 6 AM and 8 AM.
Has anyone else had a similar effect? Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening here?

So you admitted you're not familiar. This is very likely is a question you won't know so to anyone reading please jump in.
You said "If done properly." Is it feasible to set it up properly at home? Or is the only way to get useful info in a hospital undergoing crazy expensive tests?

As long as the probes monitoring you are placed properly, and do not fall off in the night if you toss and turn, and none of the equipment malfunctions, then your should get good data. The advantage to doing it at a hospital or medical center is that you have a technician monitoring you the whole time, and fixing things if they come off, or rectifying weird readings right away. Again, I am not an expert in this area. So speak to someone that is. However, I don't see why it cannot be feasibly done properly at home with the appropriate setup/precautions.
