Started taking KSM66, waking up every day at 6 AM regardless of when I go to bed.

I've been taking it for 2 weeks and it's best supplement for stress I've ever taken, along with powdered magnesium. But it doesn't matter if I go to bed at 10 PM or 1 AM, I still get up within 5 minutes of 6 AM every single day. Previously I would get up anywhere between 6 AM and 8 AM.
Has anyone else had a similar effect? Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening here?

I feel like people who are unhealthier will sleep more. Even though they adjusted for some unhealthy conditions, they couldn't have adjusted for everything. Maybe the ones who sleep more have bad mitochondria or more inflammation?
It seems to me that if you're sleeping longer than normal, your bodies doing it for a reason, or inflammation is making you more tired.

Right, they were not attempting to prove causality, just correlation. They are not saying sleeping longer is causing these issues, but that they could be an indication of an underlying issue. It's possible that one's body can be healthy, and just need 9+ hours of sleep on average. However, the data shows that sleeping that long is correlated with health issues. So it is prudent to bring it up with a doctor. I would be more inclined to think the increased sleep is being caused by an underlying issue, rather than the sleep itself being the cause.
