Would taking SEMAX prevent some of the benefits of exercise? Would it potentiate others?

So SEMAX appears to be a good drug to prevent hypoxia related neuronal damage. As such, it seems plausible that taking semax during intense aerobic exercise would be a good way to reduce the damage that could potentially take place with it.
However, would it reduce the expression of VEGF? If that were the case, what would you say is better: less hypoxia or more VEGF? It seems like a part of the VEGF that acts on the brain is actually produced outside of it so my guess is that taking SEMAX before exercise would produce a net gain. I'm no medical authority though, so I ask /r/Nootropics.
My other question is if SEMAX, being that it increases the response to amphetamine, would be beneficial in regards to the motivation boost produced by exercise through dopamine and beta-phenilalanine increase.
Do you see any other reason to take SEMAX apart from the previous? Has anyone experimented with the effects of SEMAX on mood or performance while exercising?

I apologize for my obscure reference. It references a scene in 40 yr old virgin(https://youtu.be/DmYkt2RkhsI).
Before Ceretropic what was your background? Are you self-taught?
I find the Advair doesn't always do a great job, though it takes a lot longer before I am gasping again. I'm sure you're familiar but it's like your lungs are bicycle pedals spinning without the chain. In your opinion is there an ideal asthma drug for mild/exercise induced I should ask my doctor about(that may also show nootropic effects)?

I figured it was a reference that was going over my head. Haha
Before Ceretropic, I ran a consulting company that developed training and certification programs for large companies like SAP, Avaya, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. I worked with Accenture a lot. We would be brought in to develop training programs for various technical aspects of a company, then we would create certification programs to assess people's proficiency in them. I wrote the current Verizon field technician certifications, for example. So I would have to come into an organization, learn everything about it, then create learning and assessment programs for them. I would also fly all over the world, and teach some of the training programs I created. I did this for Avaya all the time.
I am certainly self-taught. I've been doing consulting in various industries basically since I was 16. I started out as most do: in IT, web design, and networking. Then I moved to telecom, and branched out to education/certification from there. Neurochemistry and psychopharmacology have been my hobby for a long time. I never figured I would be doing what I am doing, but I very rarely say no when an opportunity arises. I just happen to be more passionate about nootropics and human enhancement than I am about developing certification programs.
I was prescribed Advair for a while, and it never really did the trick. It prevented me from dying, but that's about it. Montelukast effectively eliminates my issues altogether. It was just VERY expensive. I would ask your doctor about it.
