Tianeptine free acid dose

It seems to be almost inactive even at double and triple the amount, despite reading otherwise. What would be the free acid dose equivalent to 20mg of sodium?

Took with empty stomach, omeprazole taken 4 hours beforehand to reduce stomach acid. I tried dosages up to 100mg, roughly 5x usual Tianeptine sodium dose. The only effects were so mild, placebo is possible. I thought I would start to feel the effects, then nothing would happen. This is from a reputable vendor and I am experienced with Tianeptine so I know it's effects profile well and experienced none of it.

Well you are not the only person to have reported that. It seems there is some variability in absorption in certain people. Have you tried the sulfate salt to compare? I wonder if you would not react to that one either.
