I ordered some Noopept from them about 3 days ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation mail in my inbox. Luckily I took a screenshot of the payment confirmation page which has my receipt number though, otherwise I wouldn't even have that. Only thing I have is a receipt from PayPal. Have mailed them for a response but still waiting. Tried calling the number they have listed but it says that it's not reachable...

That's... Actually real fucking concerning. How bad are these impurities?
One tainted batch enough to make people even mildly ill and this industry gets shut down overnight.

It depends. Usually they are just residual organic or alcohol-based solvents. Sometimes there is unreacted precursor. Sometimes they send the completely incorrect chemical compound. We had DXM sent to us labeled as Bromantane once. It was just a shipping error on the supplier's part. However, if someone was not testing, they would have been selling DXM to people. This is why a testing program is not just a good thing to have, it's a must.
People have already gone to the hospital because of fake product being sold as Nootropics. I've even spoken directly to the FDA about it. They did not really do anything. This industry is for sure on their radar. They just have not seen the need to come down on it, or don't have the manpower to. This is why everyone stresses the need for testing. It should be a part of every vendor's processes in the entire supplement industry.
