I ordered some Noopept from them about 3 days ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation mail in my inbox. Luckily I took a screenshot of the payment confirmation page which has my receipt number though, otherwise I wouldn't even have that. Only thing I have is a receipt from PayPal. Have mailed them for a response but still waiting. Tried calling the number they have listed but it says that it's not reachable...

Thanks for the help redditors, I've been lurking on this sub for quite a while but this is my first post 👍🏼

Ohh I make them fix it. We are large enough now that we have the pull to make the suppliers rectify their mistakes. I even sometimes make them pay for the extra testing we had to do. In the beginning we had suppliers just stop responding to us, and got scammed a bunch. We don't really deal with that anymore. Our suppliers know that they would lose a lot of money if they pissed us off too much.
