Is New Star Nootropics still working?

Original post in this thread

I ordered some Noopept from them about 3 days ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation mail in my inbox. Luckily I took a screenshot of the payment confirmation page which has my receipt number though, otherwise I wouldn't even have that. Only thing I have is a receipt from PayPal. Have mailed them for a response but still waiting. Tried calling the number they have listed but it says that it's not reachable...

Thanks for the help redditors, I've been lurking on this sub for quite a while but this is my first post 👍🏼

Speaking of product issues, I just received some Tianeptine Sulfate from Ceretropics and it is in hygroscopic form, with a desiccant. I was told it is definitely the sulfate and not the sodium form, but I'm afraid if It is the sodium, I could take too large a dose. My last order of Tianeptine Sulfate was a salt/sugar consistency. I was happy with the way it worked, less dosing and much better than the sodium. I'm not sure what do, since I have been told it is the correct product.

I don't really want to hijack this post too much, but the current batch of Tianeptine Sulfate is fluffier than the last. That is due to it being milled to a finer consistency. We've had a few customers bring up the concern, but I can assure you it is pure Tianeptine Sulfate, not the sodium salt. We do testing at every step in the process now, to prevent any chance of someone mixing up powders accidentally. We even pull jars off the shelf periodically to test, and always pull a jar when someone reports a concern. That's the advantage to having an in-house testing lab. We not only pulled samples of this fluffy Tianeptine Sulfate when it was intaked into inventory, but also when the lot of jars was being filled, just before shrinkbanding, and I even pulled one off the shelf when the first email from someone came in about it being fluffier. Every test came back as pure Tianeptine Sulfate. I also opened a jar for myself, and used it for a few days, to assess it back-to-back with the old batch. The effects were the same. You have nothing to worry about. The jar you have is the sulfate salt, not the sodium salt.

My experiences with high dose (100mg+) tianeptine over a two month period

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp

That batch is 96.4% pure from the supplier. 1.65% of that is ethyl acetate, and the rest we cannot identify. Some of it is probably free acetone and ethanol. We did this all on our HPLC and FTIR. Vendors need to reject

Reputable nootropics vendor with products that come with microscoops (or whatever they're called)?

I don't think anyone should include microscoops. It promotes the idea that volumetric dosing is accurate, which cannot be further from the case. A milligram scale is ALWAYS needed to accurately measure lower dosages. Not

Replying to somebodybettercomes · That's kind of my point - it's a single patient. If tianeptine is genuinely "hard on the liver" it seems like there should be way more than just a handful of users with liver issue
