I ordered some Noopept from them about 3 days ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation mail in my inbox. Luckily I took a screenshot of the payment confirmation page which has my receipt number though, otherwise I wouldn't even have that. Only thing I have is a receipt from PayPal. Have mailed them for a response but still waiting. Tried calling the number they have listed but it says that it's not reachable...

Labs are rushing out synths to meet new demand, and the quality is dropping. These are labs we have used for years too. They know many of the new vendors are not going to catch it. It's dumb... so dumb.
Okay, this brings up a big issue right here: nootropics vendors don't have a community similar to /r/nootropics and the like, and ergo are unable to properly police the labs selling them product. If you guys were more interconnected, you could report labs when their quality drops and warn others to stay away.
Perhaps I'm being idealistic, but it's a very pragmatic solution, I think. Someone needs to keep these guys in line.

It still does not fix the issue in the first place. The lab that sent this month's impure product was the lab that sent perfectly pure batches 2 months ago. This is not a specific lab/supplier issue. Not one of our suppliers has a clean track record, and we've used probably 30 or more now. We could boycott this supplier, but the others are going to screw up too. It's a batch to batch issue. Plus, many of the vendors out there don't want to share their trusted supplier list with their competition. It's very different than consumers warning people about bad retail vendors.
We've already started supplying a few other Nootropics vendors around the world with their bulk supply. They would rather get it from us, knowing we have already tested and verified it, rather than deal with the headache of China. We've got our supply chain pretty locked up now, and have multiple backup suppliers to ensure we don't run into issues with going out of stock. It just pisses me off how frequent the impure batches are becoming.
