Are nootropics illegal in the UK yet?

I've heard about a blanket ban on nootropics in the UK, but I don't know much about it. Is this ban already in place?

Maybe I've missed it, but i haven't seen anything at all on this from any of the uk vendors. You would have thought they might be the ones to try to organise and keep people informed. But I'm sure we'll hear from them as the law comes into place, encouraging us to buy in bulk whilst we still can...

I think they are hoping that it will not affect nootropics, or are just waiting to see how things will play out. I mean, if it goes how I think it will go, that means their entire business model is over in the UK. Not much they can do about it at this point. Move to Ireland or the Netherlands?
