Therein lies the problem. For some, it would almost have to be positioned as "to get the maximum benefit from this product, do your own research before proceeding". It's still pandering to the the this-looks-cool-imma-take-it crowd, but at least it would get some people to use google or something first.

Yeah, I think that is a good idea. The goal would be to provide people with effective products, but to not use flashy marketing to try and get them to think it has certain effects for everyone.
All our products have this statement on them: "All chemical compounds have risks. Please consult your physician, and understand the available research, before consumption." Then we add extra ones for things like the Caffeine/NALT solution, to make people aware of specific risks. People write us all the time complaining that we don't give enough info about what the products do. I tell them that is by design, and if you don't know what effect a product is supposed to give, I don't want you using it. Then I point them to Examine or here, and tell them to really understand what things are before they consider buying them.
