This is more suited to /r/stackadvice.
I would personally drop the 5-HTP. It's not suited to long-term supplementation.

I think they should put those statements on there. Should they be forced to? That I am not sure of. I think we need more education, not regulation. People should be taught to research and understand things they use.

The issue with that person that died from the caffeine overdose is, there were huge red warnings on the bag. It literally said they would die if they took more than recommended, and the guy still ignored it. Take a look
