How do they alter the biosynthesis to achieve the specific sequences? Would it only be able to be used for standard amino acid sequences?

Those synths are a lot more common, so they have been perfected. The amino acid used in P21 is a very uncommon one. So labs are not as familiar with efficiently producing it.

We have both N-Acetyl Epitalon and N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate on the way to us as we speak. It will be cheaper than TLR. I have not tried either of them yet, though.

We just started that with Semax. We will probably do it with Selank (We have NA-Selank Amidate on the way too). I can see what we can do with Epitalon. We would have to get smaller vials for it, but that is doable.

It's going to protect the C-terminus, like it does in Semax. I have not tried it yet, so I cannot say how it is going to affect the subjective effects. It should make the peptide less charged, and make it easier to pass
