Will 23andme offer any insight into improving my cognition?

This may not be the correct subreddit to post this, but /r/nootropics seem to be leagues ahead of others in regards to cognitive knowledge.
I'm thinking about doing a saliva test with these guys to provide me with any details I could use to direct my efforts toward increasing my cognition. Is this a waste of time/money, or could I find any possible leads? Thanks.

Pretty well, I just took some a few minutes ago, actually. :)
I also do take a lot of other sulfur containing supplements anyways, like the above mentioned - because they really help with my anxiety and tension.
I remember being frustrated because on heartfixer the suggestion for my various affected SNPS was to cut down on sulfur really hard BEFORE trying to fix my methylation problems with methyl-donors, and Nutrahacker suggested taking Methylfolate and Methyl-B12 (I need both), while simultaneously advising to stay clean of methyl-donors if possible.
(After cross-checking all the various SNPS involved in the matter, it turned out that I probably can stomach SOME methyldonors, but shouldn't take too many)
I'd have to re-check my notes, I created a huge document with all the important affected SNPS from the Data from my promethease/nutrahacker reports.
All that being said though, I'm doing pretty well with my current stack (including MB12 and Methylfolate) and just ignoring the suggested sulfur-restrictions - so it's all good for now. :)

Yeah, when you have mutations that conflict, those site recommendations fall pretty flat. It would be better if they just stuck to explaining the mechanisms. But then people want more explanation. It's just a complex thing.
I would think, based on what you have told me, that taking NAC with the methyl donors is going to give the best effects. It prevents your glutathione from falling too much, and causing that feedback loop.
