Will 23andme offer any insight into improving my cognition?

This may not be the correct subreddit to post this, but /r/nootropics seem to be leagues ahead of others in regards to cognitive knowledge.
I'm thinking about doing a saliva test with these guys to provide me with any details I could use to direct my efforts toward increasing my cognition. Is this a waste of time/money, or could I find any possible leads? Thanks.

I recently discovered I have the following SNPs:
MAO A R297R : Allele T (+,+),
MTHFR C677T : Allele AG (+/-),
MTRR A66G : Allele GG (+/+),
I jumped straight in with 0.5-1mg daily sub-lingual Methyl B12 supplementation. After 4-5 days this made me jittery, anxious and generally unwell, with flu like symptoms. It also made my bottom right eyelid twitch like crazy for the past 6 weeks (still hasn't stopped completely). I immediately stopped B12, and ordered some Methyfolate (1mg) pills.
I want to try the methylfolate at a 1mg daily doseage but after the B12 I'm a little worried I could end up feeling a whole lot worse.
Not sure how to proceed, perhaps trimethylglycine or SAMe should be thrown into the mix.
Thanks to /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb for the http://www.heartfixer.com/AMRI-Nutrigenomics.htm link I will be poring over that as soon as I'm not at work!

Try taking TMG in isolation, and then seeing how you feel. You can try SAMe. However, start with low dosages.
