Will 23andme offer any insight into improving my cognition?

This may not be the correct subreddit to post this, but /r/nootropics seem to be leagues ahead of others in regards to cognitive knowledge.
I'm thinking about doing a saliva test with these guys to provide me with any details I could use to direct my efforts toward increasing my cognition. Is this a waste of time/money, or could I find any possible leads? Thanks.

Thanks I will look into TMG. I am still very confused as to why I can't tolerate even low doses of Methyl B12. My SNPs clearly indicate I should be taken some form of B12.
I've now taken a single dose of methylfolate in isolation and it seems fine, no side effects yet. For the time being I'll take the methylfolate alone and look into other forms of B12, sublingual hydroxocobalamin perhaps.

What brand methyl-B12 are you using?
