Will 23andme offer any insight into improving my cognition?

This may not be the correct subreddit to post this, but /r/nootropics seem to be leagues ahead of others in regards to cognitive knowledge.
I'm thinking about doing a saliva test with these guys to provide me with any details I could use to direct my efforts toward increasing my cognition. Is this a waste of time/money, or could I find any possible leads? Thanks.

I found it less enlightening than I hoped.
There are lots of conflicting things in my report from Nutrahacker. Especially concerning whether I should take Methyl-B12 or not.
I also question the science behind it because it stresses that I should take L-Methylfolate but when I tried that supplement I only got more stressed, developed sleep issues like hypnic jerks, and got some spells of dizziness. Felt really neurotoxic to me.
It doesn't give any definitive answers. Take this from the report:
"In the case of a conflict (such as a particular vitamin being
both encouraged and discouraged), the owner of the genome should assess his/her own personal biology to decide whether to include or
discard that particular supplement."

Let me guess, you have mutations on MAO-A and COMT, but also have a couple MTHFR or MTRR mutations as well?
