DMSO-Dihexa ocular/eyeball delivery

After using Dihexa through different ROIs (IM, oral, transdermal DMSO, through the nose) and at different doses, I am a little frustrated that I haven't had any real 'success'/'breakthroughs' with it (beside a few vivid dreams), unlike others, who have posted their positive results across several forums.
I'm interested in using DMSO (75%) to dissolve what I have left of this hydrophobic peptide and then deliver it ocullarly to achieve maximum bioavailability. Besides IV (which isn't an option for me), there doesn't appear to be any decent ROIs with high enough bioavailability. I can't find much (officially) about the safety of applying DMSO to the eyeballs, which is my major concern... beside this paper excerpt from 1968:
if any single fact has emerged from animal and human studies with DMSO to date, it is that the lens toxicity findings originally reported in dogs and later confirmed in certain other species have no equivalent or counterpart in human therapy utilizing DMSO in generally accepted regimens.
My solution of DMSO-Dihexa would be about 30 drops in total. That's 50mg of Dihexa diluted in ~30 drops of 75% DMSO-saline to then be dropped into my eye/s.
What do you…

You gotta get one of these fellas some epitalon to try with it. From one report it completely nullifies the negative emotional effects of NSI 189. I would be so game but its not really peptide season in Texas (forecast high is over 100 F for the while of this week) and I need to deepen my pockets for something like that.

That is interesting! I suppose an NSI-189 and Epitalon stack is in order.

Haha, peptide season! There should be no issue with the peptide as a lyophilized powder. Epitalon is more susceptible to hydrolysis, which is why we have not done pre-made nasal sprays. But Epitalon nasal spray kits are not far off!
