Nootropics of the future: 10 Year Fast Forward

Very interested to hear peoples opinions on what the nootropic market will look like in 5-10 years. Many of the substances may well exist now, and with the crowdsourcing of stacks, effect profiles etc the nootropics being used could be a significant improvement on what's available/being used today.
Curious to hear peoples thoughts on effects of these future noots, mechanisms of action (affecting gene expression? Rather than the constant battle against homeostasis), purposes etc...

Hide them in Bir Tawil. The future monarch or monarchs of Bir Tawil will start a country there and will make psychoactive substance laws based on science and not fear, so plenty of safe stuff and semi-safe stuff will be legal. Increased regulations will only come if there are more risks than benefit (based on studies and not some rumor Johnny died from a crazy combo that blame the least dangerous drug of the combo). Bir Tawil will also run in solar energy, nuclear energy, wind energy, and hydrogen gas derived from environmentally friendly amalgam added to water to produce the hydrogen. A vast chemical evolution and revolution will also be an important turning point as well as building artificial rivers extending from lake nasser. The currency might be gallium metal. Water efficiency will also be improved. Ghost!

With enough manpower, we might be able to take over Somalia. We could turn it into Nootropicland.
