Incredible results that might have been looked over.
From:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3035742/pdf/nihms-243591.pdf
TLDR:
" In both vehicle-treated and GLYX-13- treated 27–32 month old FBNF1 rats, performance improved across test days (F(9,23) = 16.0, P < .0001). GLYX-13-treated animals required 90% fewer trials to learn the task (8 out of 10 consecutive trials with an adaptive CRs) compared to vehicle treated animals (F1,23) = 7.9, P < .01)."
Cheers. :D
EDIT: Sorry title should read: "GLYX-13 cut learning time for rats by 90%"...
Anyway, absolutely astounding results in my humble opinion.

Would you be able to request a quote for NRX-1074 and split the cost via a sort of group buy?
You get the benefit of getting the majority of the compound at a lower cost via bulk ordering and the stuff is damm potent so 10g could last you a long long time via making some sort of nasal spray to be sold P2P, not explicitly as to avoid the hassle with NSI-189 you had...

I'm sure you know it is a lot harder than just asking a lab to make a compound. It's like pulling teeth to get these labs to take on new synths that might not work out. I've been working for almost 3 years on that Modafinil analog that I told people about. I finally got a successful production batch. However, the yields were a lot lower than the lab expected, and we only ended up with 400g after repurifying it to over 99%. The lab actually lost money on this synth. So now I am trying to get them to scale up for a larger batch, and they do not want to. They are shortsighted, and want to take as little risks as possible. They would rather easy synths that can make the most money in the short term, rather than possibly making a lot in the long term.
NRX-1074 is not a simple synth. I'm going to need to throw money at labs to get them to even consider it. Even then, there is no guarantee the synth will work. I've had to abandon a lot of my projects because of synthesis issues. Then you also have to consider being able to reliably confirm the compound is correct, and create HPLC methods to test purity. That's difficult on these new compounds without a lot of data on them.
