I would start at the same dosage, and adjust if you need to.

I've been trialing it out since February. It is very similar to caffeine. Perhaps less of a tolerance buildup, and more sedative if you take lower dosages. It's a caffeine molecule with an extra methyl and carbonyl group

In some respects, yes. I have a caffeine tolerance, and I still feel a 100-200mg dose of theacrine. However, they are both acting on the same adenosine system.

This is a big problem I am seeing with people new to nootropics. They want to immediately jump into a stack, and do not want to put in the time to try thing by themselves, and see how each one affects them in isolation.
